Security Officer Profile
We recruit highly qualified trainees with the following specifications:
2-Week Basic Guarding Course (BGC) covers:
- Security threats / Protection of information
- Introduction to Criminal Offences
- Arrest and restraint by Private Security Operatives
- Roles and duties of security officers
- Discipline
- Vetting / Observations
- Customer care / Public relations
- Occurrence book and report writing
- Patrolling techniques
- Handling of crime scenes
On-Site Customized Training
After 2 weeks of customized training to suit the client's requirement with extensive in-house training in areas stated below:
- Client profile, mission, vision, values and services
- Introduction to client operations
- Company code of conduct, PR & Customer care
- Grooming & hygiene
- Site security & assignment instructions
- Standard Operating Procedures
- Health, Safety & Environment policy
- Search & access control procedures
- Emergency & evacuation procedures
- Report writing & records management
- Any other topics as recommended by the client
